Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a pleasant evening at the hotel, although we found the dinner sitting quite early. Breakfast was adequate, but lacked variety. The staff were generally helpful, yet some improvements in customer engagement could enhance the experience. Consider arriving earlier for dinner!

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable environment that exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the attentive staff who ensured my needs were met, quickly sorting out my accommodation upon arrival. Breakfast featured an ample cold buffet, complete with endless coffee, making for a good start to the day. during peak morning hours, the buffet area felt a bit chaotic, and it could be challenging to navigate with my limited mobility. the restaurant menu seemed slightly expensive compared to the surrounding options.

Just a top selection for a weekend getaway in Dorchester with fantastic value for money. The shower was lovely when no one else used it. Make sure to enjoy the beer selection when it's not too cold outside.

We had a fantastic stay at this welcoming pub-hotel! With three grandchildren in tow, we loved the children's playground and spent hours having fun outside. The staff made sure our family reunion dinner was perfectly coordinated, which was a real treat for us all.
My kids wished for a pool or more activities for them inside the hotel.
